Preparatory meeting for the 11th ISCOWA in 2021 at Hunan University

Plan for "The 11th International Conference on the Environmental and Technical Implications of Construction with Alternative Materials (WASCON 2021)" to be held later in Hong Kong China, in June 2021. A pre-conference meeting "The 11th International Conference on environmental and technological impacts of non-traditional materials buildings (ISCOWA)" was held on October, 18-19, 2019 in Hunan University Civil Engineering College. This pre-conference meeting was led by Prof. Chisun Poon (HK PolyU), Prof. Caijun Shi, Prof. Zuhua Zhang, Prof. Tungchai Ling (Hunan U) and Prof. Dongmin Wang (Chairman, SWS, CCS). The pre-conference meeting gathered the most important key players (by invitation only) in China to meet with representatives of "The International Society for the Environmental and Technical Implications of Construction with Alternative Materials".
